Content Moderator Team Leader (English Speaking) Needed in Kuala LumpurLead and manage a team of annotators, including task assignment and performance monitoring.
Oversee the quality of annotations and ensure adherence to project guidelines.
Provide training to new team members and ongoing support to existing staff.
Identify areas for improvement in the annotation process and implement changes as needed.
Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Generate reports on team performance and project progress.
Address any issues or challenges that arise within the team.
Ensure the team is compliant and uphold integrity regarding data privacy.
