The OpportunityAs a Continuous Improvement and Quality Expert, you will hold a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our P&C (People & Culture) organization. Additional languages a plus, based on region/customer requirementsProfound understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies, demonstrated through certification and hands-on application. Adept at implementing comprehensive CI frameworks to enhance processes, drive efficiency, and deliver tangible valueStrong understanding of regulatory standards, audits, and controls.
