\n You Adventure AheadDevelop, execute and coordinate effective CRM campaignsCreate and build html email marketing campaigns on CRM platformCreate in-app, SMS, app push marketing campaigns on CRM platformEngage and collaborate effectively with local marketing teams and cross functional teams (Operations, Customer Service, Data, Product Marketing, Engineering) to ensure you design and execute effective customer journeys across all CRM channels.Contribute to process improvement by flagging potential issues or enhancement opportunities.Keep abreast of industry and competitive CRM trends to identify and develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns. Essentials to Succeed1 year relevant experience in campaign / marketing / project management experience, preferably within a digital / tech / e-Commerce environment, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
