Follow up all incoming leads, understandclient's needs and preparation of quotation/pricing.To carry out site visit and meetingwith clients for new project enquiries.Reviewof drawings and contract documents provided byclients.To increase client database, andcreate new business opportunities.Develop andmaintain a strong and long term business relationship withclients.Review of Work order/ LA/ PO and etc.issued by clients.To brief internal projectteam for every job scopes.Willing to workextra hours to complete the works within thetimeline.Other ad-hoc tasks as directed by thesuperior and /or Management as and whenrequired. JobRequirements; Candidate must possess at leastDiploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Construction / BuildingSurveying or equivalent.At least 1 Year(s) ofworking experience in the related field or fresh graduates areencourage to apply.Required Skill(s):Microsoft Office, Autocad & Adobe Photoshop(intermediate)Must have owntransportation.Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.Pleasant personality,highly committed and possess good initiative and workingattitude.
