Contract Executive/ Quantity Surveyor

Assist with tendering processes, including preparing requests for proposals and bid evaluation.
Conduct site valuations and assessments to assist with the estimation of construction project costs.
Provide assistance with progress claims and subcontractor claims to ensure timely payment for completed work.
Conduct price comparisons and assist with negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Support awarding subcontractors and vendors for their services and assist in managing contracts with them.
Assist with the preparation of detailed and accurate take-offs and VO preparations to facilitate timely and efficient project completion.
Assist with managing final accounts and ensuring that all project costs are reconciled and paid.
Attend site meetings with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to assist with discussions about project progress, changes, and any other issues.
Requirements:
Possession of own transport is required.
Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must be willing to work around Klang Valley.
