Responsibilities:
Operations Management:Take full responsibility for the daily operations of the campus convenience store, including product display, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Staff Management:Handle recruitment, training, scheduling, and attendance of store staff, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Customer Service:Ensure high-quality customer experiences and promptly address feedback and complaints.
Marketing and Promotions:Plan campus-specific promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales.
Supply Chain Coordination:Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and restocking.
Financial Management:Monitor store revenue, costs, and profits, and provide regular performance reports to the company.
Store Maintenance:Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-organized, meeting the standards of a campus environment.
Job Requirements:
Education:Diploma or higher, preferably in business or management-related fields.
Experience:Prior experience in retail management or convenience store operations is preferred.
Language Skills:Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
Skills and Abilities:Strong organizational and management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
Ability to handle stress and solve problems efficiently.Personal Traits:Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and innovative, with a willingness to build good relationships with students and the school community.
Additional Preferences:Familiarity with campus culture and student needs will be an advantage.
