Conveyancing Clerk

Details of the offer

To assist lawyers in preparing, attending and handling general conveyancing matters including corporate and banking documentation, projects and sub-sales.
To liaise with related parties such as clients, developers, bank officers and government bodies.
To maintain and monitor closely all files progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
Qualification & RequirementsWell versed in conveyancing & banking documentation and able to work independently with at least 5 years of experience.
Hardworking, responsible and committed to work.
