Conveyancing Clerk

We are looking for a conveyancing clerk who possesses the following criteria:-

i. Preferable Malay candidate

ii. Must have minimum experience from 5 to 10 years

iii. Must be able to do the following:-

a) Developer's Sale & Purchase Agreement

b) Sub Sale & Purchase Agreement

c) Loan Documentation for banks

d) Must be familiar with Land Office procedures and transactions

e) Must be willing to learn corporate drafting agreements together with
related works

f) Must be able to work independently

g) Must be fluent in written and oral Bahasa Malaysia and English. Must also
be highly computer literate.

iv. 5 working days, Monday to Friday, Salary & Others are negotiable
