Job Description:
To handle conveyancing matter for direct purchase (SPA / Loan) from developers.
To handle sub-sale (with/without title), Perfection of Title, Perfection of Charge, Transfer of Properties, Discharge / Satisfaction of Charge/Deed of Receipt and Reassignment.
Monitor and follow-up closely on work progress for files, preparing status report and update work progress/status with all relevant parties.
Perform other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time to time and as and when required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Work independently with minimum supervision.
Team player and responsible.
Minimum 2 years experience in conveyancing work.
