Conveyancing Clerk / Senior

ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the preparation and execution of property-related legal documents (e.g., Sale and Purchase Agreements, loan agreements).
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and advice on the conveyancing process.
Draft and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Liaise with government agencies (e.g., Land Office), financial institutions, real estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
Maintain accurate records and files of all conveyancing transactions.
Conduct legal research on property matters and provide legal advice to clients and the team.
Mentor and guide junior conveyancing clerks to ensure efficient and accurate work.
Stay updated on changes in property laws and conveyancing practices to ensure compliance.
Identify and resolve any issues arising during property transactions, ensuring smooth processing.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
RequirementsSPM or Diploma graduate in any discipline.
At least 2 years and above of related working experience.
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Office applications.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
