Conveyancing Lawyer
- To handle Sub-sales Sale and Purchase Agreement, Loan Documentations and Developer's Project.
- To handle Perfection of Transfer and Charge;
- To attend signing with clients
Account and Admin Clerk
- Preparing monthly payments and data entry of both the Clients' and Office Accounts;
- Manage the daily and monthly deadlines for all necessary payments;
- Handle the payroll of the firm;
- Generate quotation, invoice and receipts to clients
Chambering Student
- Passion to learn conveyancing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Conveyancing Lawyer
- 1-5 years PQE in the abovementioned descriptions;
- Good communication skills;
- Possess own transport
Account / Admin Clerk
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience;
- Capable of working independently
