Job Description:
Conveyancing Lawyer:
• To handle sub-sale transactions, various refinancing and bank loans and general conveyancing files from the initial stage up until the completion step.
• Corresponding, attending and communicating with developers, clients, bankers and various government agencies.
Chambering Pupil/Student:
• Will be exposed to litigation and conveyancing works.
• Assisting partner and lawyers in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Carry out tasks assigned by lawyers from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Conveyancing Lawyer:
• At least one year experience in handling all conveyancing matters (sub-sale, loan, auctions, perfections, etc).
• Able to work independently on the assigned work/task with minimum supervision.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Chambering Pupil/Student:
• Law degree (for pupils in chambers).
• LLB Qualifications.
• Passed CLP/Bar Exam.
• Responsible and willing to learn with good working attitude.
Overview of Organisation:
Provide legal services with a primary focus on property conveyancing transactions and litigation matters.
