POSITION ** CONVEYANCING LAWYER ** WORKING EXPERIENCE : 1 YEAR& ABOVE WORK RESPONSIBILITIES :
1) to deal with all conveyancing matters -SUB SALE SPA, perfection of
transfer, loan documentation, discharge,probate and etc

2) prepare status report/update for all ongoing files weekly

3) able to complete the task given within the stipulated time

4) able to work independently with MINIMAL supervision

REQUIREMENTS: Male / Femalepunctual, committed, hardworking, organized & focus type of personLLB (Hons)
Salary : RM2,800-RM3,000
