We are looking for candidate who can handle:-
- To attend to all general conveyancing works including sub sale SPA and banking and financing works from initial stage until completion
- Attend to clients, correspondence, prepare status report and all other types of work assigned from time to time.
- Familiar with conveyancing documentations and bank portals
- Good in legal research, critical thinking & time management
- Able to handle multi-tasking
- Good PersonalityQualifications and Requirements:
Conveyancing Lawyer:-
1.
With minimum Law Degree and valid Practicing Certificate
2.
With minimum 1 years experience
3.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to speak Mandarin would be plus point
4.
Well organize and good in time management skill
5.
Able to handle client and manage cases effectively and result oriented
6.
Able to work independently and also as a team
7.
Posses own transport for signing and wiling to work on weekend for signing
8.
