Job Description:
Conveyancing Lawyer:
Handling Sale and Purchase Agreement (Developer Project and Sub-Sale), attending to Bank Loan Documentation, and liaising comfortably with clients, bankers, developers, and various governmental bodies.
Any other tasks as assigned.
Junior Conveyancing Clerk:
Assisting lawyers in handling conveyancing files including sub-sale, project, loan documentations, and any other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Conveyancing Lawyer:
Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision.
Positive attitude, responsible, with good communication and writing skills.
Junior Conveyancing Clerk:
Familiar with bank, land office, LHDN requirements and procedures.
Hardworking, meticulous, and responsible.
