1-2 years' experience in property transactions, banking and loan documentations for sub sales as well as projects and refinancing documentation (Maybank, CIMB Bank, RHB Bank, LPPSA, Bank Rakyat and Others).
Attending clients for signing, liaising with bank officers, bankers, mortgagers, land offices for general and specific correspondences.
Able to work in team and independently with a willingness to learn.
To maintain and update file status in operating system.
To prepare and familiar with residential / commercial / corporate financing documentation.
To complete task in the given timeline with minimal supervision.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A qualified Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
Junior WITH working experience particularly on loan documentations.
Meticulous, responsible and hardworking with a pleasant personality.
Familiar with preparation of loan documentation for Sub-sales and Developer Projects.
Good communication and drafting skills of loan documentations and general correspondences.
Able to complete task in the given timeline with minimal supervision.
Able to work within tight schedules and meet deadlines.
A team player with an outgoing personality.
High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
