Job Description:
Legal Firm is looking for the following positions:
Conveyancing Lawyer:At least 3 years experience in handling sale & purchase, sub-sales, refinance, project work, and bank loans.
Senior Conveyancing Secretary:Well-versed in conveyancing matters, including property transactions and preparation of security documents for banks and financial institutions (retail, commercial, and corporate).
Conveyancing Secretary:Handle project, sub-sale SPA, loan, perfection of transfer, liaising with clients, developers, bankers, and various government bodies.
Litigation Secretary:At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in handling winding up matters, banking, and general litigation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Possess a good working attitude and be a team player.
Able to complete work within the given timeline.
Strong interpersonal skills and good discipline.
Dedicated and hardworking.
