Job Description:
Attending clients for signing, liaising with agents, other solicitors, land offices, banks, local councils, and any other relevant authorities for general and specific correspondences.
Able to work in a team and independently with a willingness to learn.
Able to handle sub-sales, developer projects, discharge of charge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer, and other conveyancing matters.
To maintain and update file status in the operating system.
Well-versed in the preparation of SPA documentation for sub-sales and developer projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A qualified Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
With working experience of at least three (3) years.
Good communication and drafting skills on SPA and general correspondences.
Meticulous, responsible, and hardworking with a pleasant personality.
Possess high critical thinking skills with the ability to solve conflicts.
Able to complete tasks within the given timeline with minimal supervision.
Able to work within tight schedules and meet deadlines.
A team player with an outgoing personality.
High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
