Conveyancing Secretary

We are hiring for our client, seeking a motivated Conveyancing Secretary to join their office in Mont Kiara.
No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist lawyers in the preparation of conveyancing documents.
Liaise with bankers, developers, and other relevant parties as required.
Handle general administrative tasks to support the conveyancing team.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask effectively.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong work discipline, able to work independently and diligently.
Outgoing, responsible, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
