CORPORATE ADMIN & COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVEAdministrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Full time
To manage and prepare existing or new products' material and information.
To develop, copywrite, transcribe, translate and edit communication materials dissemination.
To manage external communication channels like social media platforms and company website.
To conceptualise and oversee creative content production, company branding exercises.
To write, distribute and collate communication materials for marketing collaterals, press releases, speeches and media replies.
To supervise and perform editorial tasks including creating videos, writing articles, press releases and other marketing communications.
To perform market analysis research report whenever necessary.
To deliver high understanding of the Company and develop/deliver materials that meet expectations.
To review any internal/external circulated documents, including Circular, Agreements, NDA etc.
To strategize, implement and manage social media marketing initiatives to increase the company's presence across social media platforms with PR/IR team.
In charge of reviewing Subsidiaries' Proposal and SOP, performing necessary review/commenting in accordance with corporate guidelines.
To cooperate with Corporate Admin with design/marketing tasks of all collaterals, marketing tools, manage festivities/events' materials & artwork.
To source and manage media opportunities, identify industry trends and implement a content creation process for social media platform and for enhanced market presence.
Any other additional matters assigned by superior.
Requirement(s)
Previous experience working in Corporate Environment with experience in PR/IR are preferred.
Ability to manage responsibilities effectively, be creative and have strong problem-solving analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and deal with ad-hoc tasks or circumstances.
Maintain a professional work ethic in handling all corporate matters with all-time P&C manner.
Strong adaptability skills and ability to take initiative in all assigned tasks.
Requires Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 2 years of work experience.
Able to start immediately is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
