Company Background We are representing our client a financial advisory firm licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia to provide corporate finance and investment advice services to IPO clients.
They offer a wide range of professional services including Corporate Finance, Internal Audit, Investment Advices, Fund Raising and ESG Sustainability Reporting services.
Our client is currently on a look out for a capable and experience Corporate Finance Senior Manager/Manager.
Location: Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) Medical, Dental, Medical Check-Up subsidy Corporate Finance Senior Manager/Manager Job Scope To plan, oversee, execute and manage various corporate finance assignments such as IPO advisory, financial due diligence, business valuation, merger & acquisition, financial analysis and etc.
To lead and provide guidance to the team members in carrying out fieldworks and report drafting To finalise report and present to clients where necessary To establish and maintain good relationship with clients To assist in other assignments that assigned by the superiors Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business/ Commerce/ Economics or related fields ACCA or CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification is preferred At least 5 year(s) to 8 year(s) of corporate finance or external audit working experience is required Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
