DOO you have what it takes?
What you'll be working on:
Bank Account Management : Handle the end-to-end process of corporate bank account opening, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailed records and ensure data integrity.
Global and Domestic Banking Relationships : Maintain strong communications with banks and other financial service providers, managing onboarding processes with both traditional and virtual banks.
Banking Operations & Compliance : Assist in annual reviews, manage updates to directorship or authorized signatories, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and internal guidelines.
Treasury Operations : Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily treasury operations, assist on KYC issues as needed.
Cost Management : Review and analyze banking fees regularly, identifying opportunities for cost reductions and savings.
Documentation Management : Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for all banking activities, ensuring proper filing and easy access to records.
Cross-Departmental Support : Provide assistance to other departments regarding remittance and financial transactions, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
Ad-Hoc Support : Take on additional tasks assigned by superiors related to treasury, finance, and banking needs.
What we're looking for:
Experience:1-2 years in a treasury or similar financial role, with hands-on experience in bank account management and cash management.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
Highly organized with outstanding multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
