-Facilitate communication channels such as intranet, town hall meetings, and internal events.


-Craft press releases, media kits, and other materials to communicate key messages to the public, media, and other external stakeholders.


-Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to enhance the company's media presence.


-Monitor and respond to public perceptions, ensuring the company's image is positive and aligned with its values.


-Serve as the main point of contact for client communication.


-Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.


-Ensure clients are informed about project progress and updates.


-Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
