Our client "?Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn Bhd" is seeking a Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager / Manager to join their company! What you'll be doing? Attending meetings of the Board and Shareholders, and other relevant meetings as may be required Keeping abreast with the developments in company laws, including the relevant regulations and best practices Reviewing resolutions, minutes, statutory notices and all work prepared by subordinates Leading and mentoring subordinates Managing clients' statutory records, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and any other regulatory requirements such as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Listing Requirements, etc. Monitoring and working with clients on set deadlines Advising clients on compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Listing Requirements and other relevant regulatory requirements Being the lead contact point for auditors, business professionals and regulatory bodies for clients Planning, maintaining and marketing our services Monitoring and working on collection of receivables from clients
Who?are?they?looking?for? Qualified ACIS with minimum 5 years of experience in company secretarial service provider line handling public listed company work Well-versed with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance, best practices in corporate governance and practices and other relevant laws and regulations Able to handle portfolio of clients independently and provide technical support to subordinates Able to manage and lead an established team of company secretarial professionals Self-motivated, performance-driven, analytical, meticulous, multi-tasker and strong interpersonal skills Good command of English language and business writing skills
