Corporate Secretarial Senior

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to supervisor corporate secretarial professionals
Supervise and guide the junior secretarial assistants
Prepare and review documentation in strict accordance with the Companies Act 2016
Assist in managing onboarding and offboarding documentation processes
Conduct thorough reviews of secretarial records
Maintain and organize corporate portfolios with utmost precision
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration (Hons) or equivalent professional certification (ICSA)
Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate secretarial matters
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Proven competence in Company Secretarial Practice and Companies Act 2016
Experience with corporate secretarial software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Mandarin (advantageous for client communications)
Experience working in collaborative team environments
Familiarity with group corporate structures

Competitive Salary Range: RM4,500 – RM6,000 per month
