The Security Manager plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the company's assets, personnel, and information by establishing and managing a robust security framework.
The role includes ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, enforcing corporate security policies, conducting site audits, and managing incident responses to maintain a secure and compliant operational environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive security programs and procedures to protect employees, assets, and confidential information.
Continuously review and update security protocols, train relevant personnel, and monitor the implementation of these measures across all locations.
Develop security audit criteria, execute regular site audits, and assess compliance with established security standards.
Align security operations with the company's production and operational goals by developing and overseeing relevant work plans.
Ensure compliance with external customer security requirements, addressing concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and avoid complaints.
Investigate security incidents across all sites, analyze root causes, and develop preventive or corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and submit timely security reports to the Director, ensuring accurate communication of security-related updates.
Lead detailed investigations into irregularities or incidents and develop actionable insights to prevent recurrence.
Establish strong working relationships with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities to facilitate seamless communication and compliance.
Support additional tasks or initiatives as assigned by the Director.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience in law enforcement, or a security-focused private sector role.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required due to the need to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including regional teams, and external partners in locations where these languages are predominantly used.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
