Implement sustainability strategies that support economic, environmental and social sustainability objectives of the companyCoordinate with relevant business or operating units on energy management, energy efficiency, renewable energy, GHG emissions and other decarbonization initiativesSupport the management of material sustainability matters of the companyLiaise closely with relevant departments in the compilation and verification of data Coordinate with relevant departments and operating units to monitor target achievement of all deliverablesSupport integration of sustainability risks and opportunities into Enterprise Risk Management through engagement with the relevant departments and operating unitsActively engage with relevant stakeholders including employees of IOIPG on material sustainability issuesCreate sustainability awareness and to inculcate sustainability ownership through sustainability programsPrepare sustainability-related presentations, reports and ESG rating update, lead the team in compilation & verification of sustainability dataLead the team in conducting gap analysis against global reporting standards and trends as well as sector peer reports. Requirements: Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Property & Real Estate Management, Applied Science, or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years' related working experience, preferably with exposure inProperty/real estate sector or Facilities managementGreen building certification or consultingKnowledge of sustainability management & global reporting standards (IRFS, NSRF, GRI, SASB, GRESB, TCFD)Knowledge of sustainability ratings (FTSE4Good, MSCI etc.)Relevant experience on green building certification (GBI, GreenRE, MyCREST, BCA Green Mark, LEED etc.)Relevant experience on GHG or energy management system (ISO 14064, 50001 etc.)Relevant experience on energy management, facility management, energy audit, GHG emissions, environmental management etc.Ability to collate and analyze data and information as well as present findings for effective formulation of strategies Self-starter, confident and able to engage well with peopleExcellent planning, organizing, coordination and negotiation skills
