Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership Lead, supervise, and train the mixing team to ensure efficient operations.Coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety protocols.Operational Management Oversee the preparation and mixing of raw materials according to specified formulations.Ensure the correct proportions of ingredients are used to achieve desired product quality.Monitor and adjust mixing processes to maintain consistency and meet production targets.Maintain accurate records of batch formulations and quality control tests.Quality Assurance Conduct quality checks on mixed products to ensure they meet company standards.Address and rectify any deviations or defects in the mixing process.Equipment & Maintenance Ensure all mixing equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular servicing and repairs.Implement and oversee cleaning and sanitation procedures for mixing equipment.Safety Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the mixing department.Conduct regular safety training sessions and audits.Respond to and investigate any safety incidents or accidents.Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and initiate reorders as necessary.Maintain accurate records of material usage and stock levels.Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.Process Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in mixing processes.Collaboration & Development Collaborate with the R&D department for formulation updates and new product development.Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.
