The PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts and accounting processes to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce or equivalent, with at least 8 years of experience in a related field. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day accounts and accounting processes to a high standard
Perform analytical review of profit and loss accounts and balance sheet
Responsible for all Internal Controls of Financial Reporting (ICFR) documentation and internal controls matters
Review monthly balance sheet reconciliation and follow up on open items
Submission of other reporting packages accurately and within specified timeline
RequirementsDegree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
At least 8 years of experience in a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English and Mandarin (verbal & written)
