Courier Team Leader / Assistant Supervisor (with license GDL D)Responsibilities:
To lead and manage the logistics operations driver team.
Backup lorry driver whenever necessary (e.g., whenever driver is on medical leave or vacation).
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
2-3 years of working experience as Lorry Driver / Team Leader / Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor in courier service or Logistics Industry.
Working experience as a backup lorry driver (Kedah/Penang) is a plus.
Candidates must hold a license GDL D.
Other Skills:
Leadership and supervision.
Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills.
Flexibility to adapt to work changes and tight deadlines.
Results-driven with a team-oriented approach.
