About the Role:
As the Creative Strategist at Nolan Interior, you will be responsible for driving the creative direction with a focus on ad performance and conversion optimization. You'll work closely with the CMO to create data-driven, high-performing creative assets for paid social ads and marketing campaigns that align with our business goals. Your creative strategies will be at the forefront of driving brand growth, engagement, and conversions across all channels.
This role will report to the CMO.
This is a full-time hybrid role with company benefits based out of Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
What You'll Do:
-Lead the visual identity and messaging of the brand across all touchpoints, with a focus on optimizing creative performance for paid media
-Collaborate with the growth, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment between creative execution and business goals
-Develop, test, and optimize creative strategies for paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and other marketing channels, aiming to improve conversion rates and ROAS
-Conduct in-depth research on target audience behaviors, trends, and competitors to inform creative direction and customer personas
-Create compelling, performance-focused ad copy, headlines, scripts, and hypotheses for testing and validation
-Direct the design team in the production of visually engaging creatives, ensuring they meet the performance benchmarks
-Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of creative campaigns using metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
-Document creative testing processes and share key learnings to foster a culture of data-driven creativity and optimization
-Stay updated on digital advertising trends and best practices to keep our creative strategy ahead of the curve

; Requirements:- About You:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
-2+ years of experience in creative roles, preferably in eCommerce, digital marketing, or advertising, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns
-Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads), and best practices for creating effective ad creatives
-Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to lead visual design and branding initiatives
-Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and narratives that drive action and conversions
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize creative performance
-Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Motion App, Google Analytics, Excel, Meta Ads) and comfortable working with large datasets
-Collaborative team player able to effectively communicate and align creative strategies with cross-functional teams
-Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Passionate about creating engaging, user-centric content that drives business results and contributes to the growth of the company
-Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency across various channels
-Bonus points for experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and familiarity with UI/UX design principles
