About the Role: We're looking for a skilled Credit Analyst to evaluate and manage credit risk for our online personal financing business. You will be responsible for assessing loan applications, ensuring compliance with our credit policies, and developing creditworthiness models. This role is essential for maintaining a balanced loan portfolio while supporting responsible lending practices for our customers.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate loan applications to assess creditworthiness, analyze financial data, and make credit recommendations. 
Develop and implement credit scoring models tailored to the online lending segment. 
Monitor loan portfolio performance and adjust credit policies as needed to minimize risk. 
Collaborate with the risk and compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. 
Provide insights and recommendations to improve credit policies and lending criteria based on data analysis.
Stay informed of market trends and economic conditions that could impact credit risk.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in credit analysis, preferably within a financial services or lending environment.
Proficient in credit analysis tools, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to lending in Malaysia.
