Your role will be to perform reminder calls to Credit Consumers as an initiative for credit recovery and advice on repayment options.
Role Descriptions: To perform calls to existing Credit consumers. To meet the daily productivity and call quality requirements. To ensure strict adherence to all policies, procedures, BNM guidelines,pliance, information security. Requirements: Malaysian citizen; Applicants must meet the required minimum age of 18 years old. Fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin or any other language/dialects. Excellent verbalmunication, negotiation and people skills. Able tomit to a minimum of 4 hours a week. Able to attend training sessions conducted at Hong Leong Bank, PJ City Office. Must own a stable Wi-Fi connection and a conducive workspace at home. Previous work experience in customer service, sales, collections or related fields will be an added advantage.
