Role Description
As a Credit Control Intern, you will be responsible for managing collections of all outstanding invoices in the ASPAC region, ensuring they are paid within the agreed terms. This role involves regular communication with clients, key account managers, and the payroll and billing departments to facilitate timely payments and resolve any issues that may arise during the collection process.PrincipleAccountabilities:
Diligent and timely follow-up for statements and payments.
Chasing for remittances so payments are allocated correctly.
Flag any issues/disputes that arise to the respective team members.
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Running and reviewing the debtor's ledger to identify the delinquent customers.
Provide weekly and monthly debtor reports as necessary.
Drive to meet the KPIs goals and ensure all credit and collection policies are adhered to.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Enrolled in a University/College Degree or Diploma Program.
Good oral and written communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fast Learner-Ability to learn and grasp knowledge relating to the job functions.
