Crm Executive (12 Months Contract)

To assist in planning and implement company member's activities annual calendar.To maintain and monitor company database mining, maximize the usage of members' information (demographic, psychographic and purchase history) to develop relevant activation activity / campaign.To liaise with CRM vendors on daily operation requests.To support daily store inquiries (e.g. profile update, membership issue, CRM related portal downtime issue and etc).Prepare monthly CRM reports.To assist in formulating and develop management reporting and data analysis to track activity / campaign effectiveness.Work closely with marketing team to ensure mutual goals and implementation of marketing plans and launch activities.To carry out such duties as the superior may from time to time direct.Job Requirements: Diploma or a Degree in Marketing, Business Admin or any related field.Minimum 1-2 years and above of experience in Customer Relationship Management.Strong Marketing experience, especially Partnership and Loyalty Program Management is preferred.Strong knowledge in Customer Relationship Management and trend of consumer behavior.
