Job DescriptionJob Summary:
As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and initiatives. Your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be instrumental in executing data-driven marketing campaigns, analyzing customer data, and delivering personalized experiences. You will collaborate with multiple markets & brands to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Create and implement CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
Utilize Salesforce to segment customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the market & brand team to define customer segmentation and personalize marketing communications.
Design, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Perform data enrichment to ensure data quality and improve targeting capabilities.
Use analytical tools to analyze customer data, such as demographics, purchase behaviour, and engagement metrics, to identify key insights.
Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and performance indicators.
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
Support marketing campaigns by providing expertise in data analysis and segmentation.
Job RequirementsDiploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a CRM Marketing or similar role.
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign creation, journey builder, and data management.
Advanced proficiency in data management, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent understanding of CRM principles and marketing automation strategies.
Solid understanding of customer segmentation and targeting techniques.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
