Ensuring stability, performance, and uptime of trading platforms.
Managing updates, plugins, and customization of trading platforms.
Monitoring and optimizing server performance and capacity.
Setting up and managing trading accounts, groups, and permissions.
Bridging Solutions Configuring and maintaining bridge software (e.g., OneZero, PrimeXM) for liquidity aggregation.
Ensuring seamless connectivity with liquidity providers.
Monitoring execution performance, slippage, and latency issues.
Troubleshooting and resolving bridging-related issues promptly.
2. CRM System Integration Collaborating with the development and support teams to integrate CRM systems with trading platforms.
Managing user data flows between the CRM and trading platforms.
Ensuring the CRM supports client onboarding, KYC, account creation, and reporting requirements.
Providing ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
3. Account Setup and Maintenance Automating and managing the process of trading account creation and setup.
Handling customer data security and compliance with regulations.
Setting up and maintaining demo and live accounts.
Managing leverage, margin settings, and trading conditions per client or group.
4. Security and Compliance Implementing security measures to protect data, servers, and platforms from breaches or attacks.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and IT standards.
Keeping documentation and audit trails for regulatory reviews.
Monitoring and Support Real-time monitoring of trading infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Identifying and resolving IT-related incidents affecting the trading environment.
Providing second-line support for traders experiencing technical issues.
Working with third-party providers and vendors for issue resolution.

Project Management Leading IT projects for upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations.
Working closely with stakeholders, including marketing, customer support, and compliance teams, to align IT services with business goals.

6. Reporting and Analysis Generating performance and incident reports for the trading platforms.
Analyzing system performance and proposing improvements to reduce latency and downtime.
Staying updated with new features and trends in trading technology.
Who are we looking for: Technical Expertise: Proficiency with MetaQuotes products (MT4/MT5) and related APIs.
Knowledge of bridging systems and liquidity provider integrations.
Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or bespoke solutions tailored for brokers.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve IT issues in a trading environment.

Ability to speak fluently in English.
