CSR Operations Executive - School and University ProgrammesThe CSR Operations Executive will manage and execute client-specific school and university-level programmes. This role requires an enthusiastic and organized individual with a passion for youth empowerment, community development, and STEM education. The CSR Operations Executive will coordinate with stakeholders, oversee event execution, and monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives to achieve the desired impact.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Planning and ExecutionSupport the design and implementation of school and university outreach programmes, ensuring alignment with the programme-specific goals and objectives.
Manage day-to-day activities, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination with schools, universities, and key partners.
Ensure that all programme elements are executed on time and within budget.Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with schools, universities, government agencies, and corporate partners to facilitate programme success.
Serve as the primary point of contact for educators, students, and other participants, addressing queries and ensuring smooth programme participation.Event ManagementCoordinate and oversee the execution of events, workshops, and competitions related to the school and university programmes.
Liaise with vendors, venue managers, and logistics providers to ensure successful event delivery.
Ensure all events adhere to safety guidelines and standards.Monitoring and ReportingDevelop and implement monitoring frameworks to track programme participation, engagement, and outcomes.
Prepare detailed reports on programme performance, including quantitative data, impact assessments, and success stories.
Provide recommendations for improving future programmes based on insights and feedback.Content and CommunicationWork closely with the Marketing and Creative team to create compelling content that showcases programme activities and outcomes, including social media updates, press releases, and reports.
Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.Budget and Resource ManagementAssist in preparing programme budgets and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of expenses and support the preparation of financial reports.Innovation and Continuous ImprovementResearch trends in youth engagement, road safety education, and other relevant areas to incorporate best practices into existing programmes.
Suggest innovative approaches to increase participation and enhance the impact of school and university initiatives.Work closely with the Operations team and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to interns or volunteers involved in programme activities.
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor's degree in any fields.
Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in CSR, youth engagement, event management, or programme coordination, ideally with experience in school or university programmes.
Skills:Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
