Culinary Research Development Assistant

Conduct research and analysis to support product development activities, including literature reviews, ingredient sourcing, and product testing.- Assist with the formulation and optimization of new products, including recipe development, product testing, and sensory evaluation.- Help to maintain and update testing kitchen equipment and facilities, including ordering supplies, cleaning equipment, and performing routine maintenance and calibration.- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure that new products meet customer needs and are aligned with company objectives.- Maintain accurate records of research and development activities, including experimental data, test results, and formulation information.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the R&D team.**Job Requirements**:- Diploma in Culinary Arts, or a related field.- Compulsory to have 6 months of experience with food and beverage product development.- At least 6 months of experience with basic culinary Knowledge.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft word and Excel skills.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobs
