Job Description:
MR DIY Group is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Care Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
3. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Processing customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
6. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers.
7. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
