Job Description:
Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Care Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
4. Monitor customer care metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience in customer service management.
3. Strong planning and analysis skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
