Customer Care Coordinator

Job ResponsibilityEngagement with clients.Preparation of service-related documents.Follow up on customer service progress and payment collections.Issuance of tax invoice to clients.Resolve customerâs enquiries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.Other customer service-related activities.Job RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Business Management/Business Studies or any other equivalent.Good command of mandarin will be advantageous.2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
