Job Responsibilities:Interacts with customers on behalf of the organization.
Processing on Customer PO in SAP, PO acknowledgement, update delivery status & Billing.
Processing purchase orders to the factories for all customer PO.
Coordination on shipment commitment, delivery arrangement & payment from customer.
Manage & update customer's OOR (Open Order Report) on a weekly basis.
Preparation and transmission of sales quotations when applicable.
Ability to communicate with poise and confidence while working through complex issues.
Ability to meet departmental deadlines, use effective organization and planning skills.
Support and implementation of PVMY ISO 9001 quality system.
Assist in reception duties, attending phone calls and email inquiries on the company products and services.
Any other support required by the Operations Manager and Sales teams.
Job Requirements:Minimum diploma in Purchasing / Business Studies or equivalent.
Preferably with SAP experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all levels.
High level of integrity, discipline, and self-motivated.
