Customer Care/Key Account Executive

Job Description Key Position Purpose Responsible for managing customers sales operations and delivering the best customer experience to customers in Thailand, Sri Lanka, Philippines, South Korea, Vietnam and a few small countries.
Coordinate and build strong relationships with customers by servicing their demands, Coordinate with internal cross functions and external vendors and analyzing & tracking business plan for every customer.
Key Accountabilities Support the order processing process- Manage order process activities including from receipt of customer's PO until steps have to be processed to get to complete the order.
To ensure all steps follow the order management process.
Align with warehouse team to check the availability stock and delivery plan & align with commercial team for order allocation and credit block customer Manage Customer complaint handling Advise customers on transportation and payment methods & Coordinating with transporter for factory stuffing Maintaining records of all transactions & interactions made with customers Developing cost analysis, and Proposed Pricing for approval Developing and monitoring progress and commercial rebate with internal stakeholders Develop Business review as part of IBP very moth providing detail business outlook and forecast for three months.
Coordinates new and repeat sales through distributors to ensure customer satisfaction with the company's order fulfillment process; and builds and maintains good relationships with customers at all levels to ensure 100% account retentions.
Negotiate sales contracts and Agreement with B-to-B Key account partner.
Responsible for managing customer interactions throughout the export process, including handling inquiries, booking shipments, tracking cargo, coordinating with shipping lines and customs agents, ensuring proper documentation, and resolving any issues that may arise while ensuring timely delivery of goods to international clients; essentially acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their export orders and handle Import/Export related operations – approvals, Tax, Insurance and other documentations etc Requirements Mandatory: Bachelor's Degree Qualifications Knowledge and Experience managing customer operations.
Possess strong Excel, data management and analytical skills Excellence communication Influence & Presentation Skill English Language Desirable: Experience of markets in Malaysia, Thailand, Srilanka and Philippines Should be sales driven for results, tactical and be open-minded and flexible and have experience in working in a matrix environment.
Should be creative, a good problem solver, ability to evaluate data and recommend action plans and have good business acumen.
