Job Description:

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and emails- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner- Providing product information and assistance to customers- Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Meeting and exceeding customer service targets and goals- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team- Motivated and goal-oriented- Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and composure- Excellent time management and organizational skills
