Job Description:
SIRIM Berhad is seeking a reliable and confident Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely from your location in George Town, Penang, MY. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize negotiation and decision-making skills to address customer needs effectively
- Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in customer service
- Reliable and confident personality traits
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
