This role focuses on ensuring the integrity and compliance of our customer records across various systems, playing a crucial part in our data management efforts.
We are looking for someone with strong business acumen who understands the intricacies of data definition, production, maintenance, delivery, and consumption, while adhering to data quality, security, and confidentiality standards.
You will have the opportunity to monitor key performance indicators related to data quality, lead data correction initiatives, and identify improvement areas throughout the data lifecycle.
Collaborating closely with the Data Domain Owner and key stakeholders, you will make a significant impact in enhancing our data practices.
If you are passionate about data quality and are ready to take on a vital role in our organization, we would love to hear from you!What will you do?Data Quality:Global Data Quality improvement activitiesData correction and cleansing (correction of DQC – Data Quality Checks) and duplicate clean-up (match & merge).Treatment of Service Now support tickets (incident management and user requests), solving of Data Quality issues.Operational Tasks:Salesforce account update processing and follow-up (AUR).Data monitoring and tracking (based on local and global Data Quality dashboard and KPIs).Validation of IT platform or tools evolutions or improvements (UAT testing).Data migration and updates from not connected sources (if required).Secondary Tasks:Knowledge/competency transfer to other stakeholders.Contribution to projects or other activities (analytics, data quality improvement, local tools etc.

DCAM or new models of data organization (optional))Has skills in Master Data Management systems and IT toolsGood communication skills (international context)Basic understanding of order management is a plus but not a mustGood to have:Reltio/Customer Data Link (CDL) as an authoritative course for Customer Data ManagementSalesforce – Bridge Front Office (BFO)SAP systems or OracleTableauService Now (Schneider Support Portal)Let us learn about you!
