We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Experience Intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will support our Customer Success team in ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn customer success strategies and gain practical experience in a professional environment.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
-Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring they understand how to use our products and services effectively.
-Support the Customer Success team in conducting check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
-Help manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Customer Support:
-Provide first-level support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues under the supervision of the Customer Success team.
-Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
-Assist in gathering customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Work Order Delegation:
-Assist facilities team to arrange vendor, cleaner, maintenance technician schedule
-Ensure work order fix within the time frame.
Project Support:
-Collaborate on special projects aimed at improving the customer experience and operational efficiency of the Customer Success team.
-Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and feedback.

; Requirements:- Job Requirements
-Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about creating and maintaining meaningful experiences for tenants.
-Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
-Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and with a strong desire to contribute to Livein's customer success initiatives.
