Details of the offer

-Maintaining a positive, emphatic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 


-Attend and respond to customer's inquiries and assist in giving recommendations 


-Executing Marketing and Sales plans to achieve sales targets. 


-Develop excellent business relationships with customers and assist/manage daily sales prospects. 


-Be the person to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve problems with internal stakeholders. 


-Mining and acquiring Customer Reconciliation ratings on Speedhome's sales service level. 


-Assist with other additional Ad hoc tasks


-Additional hours are required for high-priority tasks





-Shift Days: (Subject to change)


-Working Hours: fixed from 9am to 6pm


-Contract Basis: 3 months - 6 months - 12 months

; Requirements:-  



-Minimum SPM qualifications (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) 


-Basic Computer literacy  


-Typing speed of minimum of 40 Words per minute, 95% accuracy 


-Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Melayu and English 


-Strength in communication and competence in consulting and giving accurate directions to customers. 


-Positive and serving attitude, professionalism, patience, friendliness, and engagement toward customers, continuously demonstrating confidence, reliability, and integrity in difficult situations. 


-Added advantage if you have the ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. 


-Willing to work on shift hour/day
