Job DescriptionThe day-to-day activities:
Provide Quality Customer Support:Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple platforms.
Monitor Communication Channels:Oversee company communication channels including calls, social media, and web inquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Gather and Report Feedback:Collect customer feedback, observe and address front-line issues such as payment and product inquiries, and report findings promptly.
Perform Ad-Hoc Tasks:Assist with various tasks as needed by the team, including market research and service quality audits, to enhance overall business operations.
Support Department Campaigns:Collaborate with other departments on campaigns and initiatives as needed.
Problem Solving:Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
Job RequirementsThe must-haves:
Educational Background:Must have at least a Diploma in any relevant field.
Live Chat Experience:Experience in Live Chat support is a plus.
Communication Skills:Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin Proficiency:Fluency in written and oral Mandarin is an added advantage.
Reporting and Communication:Ability to effectively communicate results to management and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Independence:Capable of working with minimal supervision.
Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
Time Management:Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
